How Do I Customise a Proximityprompt?

I'm trying to make a ProximityPrompt that looks kind of like the ones in Detroit: Become Human.

I've looked on the DevForums about the ProximityPromptStyle stuff but I couldn't seem to wrap my head around a 'hold progress fills up the prompt' system. I need to tween the size on the Y but I'm not sure how and where to really put that code.

Examples:

(Push Down on the Right Thumbstick - PS Controller - 0s Hold Duration)

(Hold Triangle button - PS Controller - ~1.5s Hold Duration)
