Why can’t I add Bitmoji to my text messages?

Go to your device’s Settings. Tap General Management, then select Language & Input. Tap on On-Screen or Virtual Keyboard, then choose Manage Keyboards. Toggle the access button OFF for Bitmoji Keyboard.
