1. From the Start screen, click or tap your username and picture in the top-right corner.
2. Click or tap the next user’s name.
3. When prompted, enter the new user’s password.

How do I change my administrator account on Windows 8?

Select “Change your account type” from the User Accounts screen. Select a user, and then click the “Administrator” option. Click “Change Account Type” to change the account to Administrator.
