How do you leave a group text on Iphone if it wont let you?
Select “Leave this Conversation”
Just select “Leave this Conversation” at the bottom of the screen, and you will be removed. If the “Leave this Conversation” option is not shown, it means someone in the group text does not have iMessage on or isn’t running the latest version of iOS.
Why can I not leave a group text?
Unfortunately, Android phones don’t allow you to leave a group text in the same way that iPhones do. However, you can still mute notifications from specific group chats, even if you can’t remove yourself from them entirely. This will stop any notifications, but still allow you to use the group text.
