1. Open Messages.
2. Open a conversation that has photos you wish to save.
3. Tap the name(s) at the top of the message and then tap on the “i” button.
4. Scroll down to the Photos section and tap See All Photos.
5. Tap Select.
6. Choose which photos you wish to save and once you select them all, tap Save.

How do I select multiple photos in Imessage?

All you need to do is open up a message thread, tap the Details button, then scroll down until you see your attachments. Tap and hold a photo, then tap the “More…” option. Now you can select multiple photos.
