How Do You Use Round Trip Tickets

A round-trip ticket is also known as a “circle ticket” or a “return air ticket” because you depart from your original location which is “A,” and travel to your destination where you may stay for a few days or more which is “B.” Your return flight takes you back to “A” where you began, thus completing the circle.

Do you only pay once for a round trip?

1 roundtrip or openjaw or multileg is one single ticket. If you ever have to change anything, changing two tickets means two change fees. Changing one ticket means one change fee.

What does round trip include?

A roundtrip flight is a flight itinerary that includes one flight to a destination and another flight back from that destination, such as flying from NYC to Paris and then Paris back to NYC. The route may include layovers or connections, but the start and endpoint are the same.
