Solution:

1. Download the ecpect package from the below link.
2. Install the required dependecy packages “Tcl/Tk” language toolkit. # yum install tcl.
3. Install the “expect” package using the below commands.

How do I install something on Ubuntu?

To install an application:

1. Click the Ubuntu Software icon in the Dock, or search for Software in the Activities search bar.
2. When Ubuntu Software launches, search for an application, or select a category and find an application from the list.
3. Select the application that you want to install and click Install.
