How strong is Mr. Freeze?

Freeze on multiple levels. He's a nuclear powerhouse who can create radiation-based fire that will melt anything Mr. Freeze throws at him. He can also manipulate matter on an atomic level, meaning that whatever ice Firestorm isn't able to melt with his pyrokinesis, then he can deconstruct it with his other powers.
