How to Charge Anker?

Answer: It is recommended to charge the PowerCore 10000 PD with a PD supported USB-C wall plug along with the supplied USB-C to USB-C cable which will be in around 4 hours. It can also be charged with a standard USB wall adapter along with a USB-A to USB-C cable(not supplied) which will be in around 9-12 hours.

How do I know my Anker power bank is charging?

This device only requires a 5V input, so it can be charged with any standard USB charging block or via a USB port on your computer. When charging, an orange light will appear up top (where the green light is when using the portable charger), and will then turn green once the device is done charging.

Why is my Anker power bank not charging?

Ensure the outlet you're connected to is working. If possible, try connecting another device to that outlet to see if it works. If your portable PowerCore charger is not charging quickly, try using another wall charger. A two-amp charger will fully recharge your device over 12 hours.
