How to Convert. Obj Or. Stl Files To. Mesh?

How to convert .obj or .stl files (or another CAD format) to .mesh?

I tried using:

• Qt_3d_Studio
• MeshLab
• MeshMixer
• Blender
• KOMPAS-3D

but could not convert the file to .mesh format.
