How to Get Psyduck Wearing a Holiday Attire in Pokémon Go?

Trainers, the first part of Pokémon GO’s annual Winter Holiday event is here, and for the first time, you can catch Psyduck wearing holiday attire. This special version of Psyduck is exclusively available through the event’s two-part Timed Research.

To access this Timed Research, you’ll need a ticket. Priced at $2, this ticket unlocks Timed Research for both parts of the Winter Holiday event. Here’s what you can expect from the Timed Research rewards.

Winter Holiday Part 1 Rewards

• Encounter event-themed Pokémon like Spheal in a holiday scarf, Cryogonal, and for the first time, Psyduck in holiday attire.
• Receive two Premium Battle Passes

Winter Holiday Part 2 Rewards

• Find more event-themed Pokémon encounters, including another chance at Psyduck in holiday attire and Cubchoo with a holiday ribbon.
• Again, receive two Premium Battle Passes.

If you buy the ticket during the Winter Holiday Part 2, don’t worry, you’ll also get access to the Winter Holiday Part 1 Timed Research.

A second ticket option, priced at $5, offers additional benefits and Timed Research. This ‘premium’ option includes:

• 2× Candy for catching Pokémon.
• A variety of event-themed Pokémon encounters, including Pikachu in holiday attire, Delibird with a holiday ribbon, and another chance at Psyduck in holiday attire.
