How to Read Reflectively?

How to promote Reflective reading?
  1. Read- around the topics you are learning about or want to learns and develop.
  2. Ask- others about the way they do things and why.
  3. Watch- what is going on around you.
  4. Feel- Pay attention to your emotions, what prompts them, and how you deal with negative ones.

What are the examples of reflective reading?

For example, if students read a story about a family trip to the beach that turned out disastrously, they can take on the perspective of the teenage daughter or the mom. If they read a non-fiction text about baseball, they can become a baseball commentator sharing her love of the game.

Is reflection A reading strategy?

With reading reflections, students read more regularly before coming to class, they read more deeply, and they use a wider range of reading strategies. They are better prepared to participate in, and learn from, classroom activities resulting in deeper content learning.
