• Insert the original Windows disc.
• Restart your PC and boot from the disc.
• Click Repair your computer.
• Choose the operating system from the list.
• Click Next.
• Choose Command Prompt.
• When it opens, type the command: chkdsk /f /r.
• Press Enter.
