On Your Phone:
- Open the Verizon Tones app.
- Tap Manage Ringback Tones.
- Tap My Playlists.
- Tap Create New Playlist.
- Assign up to 15 Ringback Tones to the Playlist.
- Tap Save.
- Tap the My Settings tab to assign the Playlist to your default Ringback Tone or a specific caller.
How do you get a ringback tone?
- Navigate: My Verizon > Manage My Device > Manage Ringback Tones (under Additional Actions).
- If presented with a caution notice, click OK.
- Click Manage Tones dropdown arrow, then click on Manage My RingBack Tones.
- Click Ringback Tone Alerts (located at the upper-right corner of the screen).
