I'm Updating My Wardrobe with 8 Meghan Markle-Inspired Amazon Finds

When I think of timeless fashion, my mind immediately goes to Meghan Markle. The Duchess of Sussex has mastered the art of classic dressing, with a wardrobe full of elevated basics; no matter how simple the outfit is, she looks remarkably chic. So when I started considering a less-is-more approach to spring fashion, Markle was an obvious (and the first) addition to my moodboard. 

Rather than pouring my entire spring budget into 2024’s hottest trends — some of which, inevitably, won’t stand the test of time — I’m taking a page from Markle’s book and instead investing in elevated, timeless pieces that will simplify dressing for years to come. Fortunately for me, Amazon is full of them. 

From her go-to coat to the shockingly sexy style she wears on repeat, these are the eight Markle-inspired items I’m eyeing from Amazon, starting at $20.

Funyyzo Wide-Leg Pants

Wide-leg trousers are the cool-girl staple everyone including Jennifer Lawrence, Katie Holmes, and, (of course) Markle reach for, and there’s a good reason: the style can make even a basic T-shirt feel elevated while also dressing up effortlessly. Funyyzo’s best-selling wide-leg pants are an affordable way to get the look at just $39. The style is available in 28 colors, three pant lengths — short, regular, and long — and features chic pleats shoppers describe as “the most flattering.” “They are so lightweight, comfortable, and look great,” said someone else, deeming the style their “favorite work pants.” And per another shopper, this style — which they said goes with “heels, sandals, [and] even white Converse” — replaced their jeans.

Bonitee Off-the-Shoulder Long-Sleeve Top

One style Markle keeps wearing — and which she has completely convinced me I need — is an asymmetrical, off-the-shoulder top, and I’m personally eyeing this $24-option from Bonitee. The cotton-blend style features a fitted, single-shoulder design that shoppers describe as “sexy without being too revealing.” “This [is] sexy and comfortable,” wrote another customer, noting that the material is “the right thickness: not too soft nor too thick.” And according to one other fan, the style is a “staple piece…any time of the year,” explaining that the “versatile” top “can be worn dressed up or with jeans.”
