Ioerror: [Errno 2] No Such File or Directory: 'Data. Json' [Duplicate]

Here is my code:

On this line: data = json.load(open("data.json")), I get the following error:

IOError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'data.json'

How can I fix this error?
