Is Asta Part Elf?

Many people in the fandom had been theorizing about Asta's possible connection to Licht, and as expected, one popped up claiming the elf to be Asta's father. However, when the Queen of the Witches healed Asta's arm, she concluded that he is not from the elf tribe but is just connected to Licht through his Grimoire.
