The OG trio of Squirtle, Charmander, and Bulbasaur, along with all of their evolutions, are not in "Pokemon Legends: Arceus." For anyone counting the extended family of Gen 1 starters, you will be happy to know that both Pikachu and Eevee are present in the Hisui region.
