Debian is extremely user friendly. It even has copious documentation explaining in detail everything you need to know about running it.

Is Debian beginner friendly?

Debian can be pretty tricky to get working right with your hardware, and even when it does there is a lot of subtle things that appear to work but aren’t tweaked right yet. You should probably stick to Ubuntu as a beginner as it comes configured very well out of the box.

Is debian good for daily use?

In my years of using Debian Stable as my daily driver, I only faced a few stability issues. I use the Xfce desktop environment which gives a perfect complement to my Debian Stable system. I mostly use software from Debian’s Stable repository as I don’t have that much demands from my PC.
