There's nothing illegal about a derestricted scooter as long as you are over 16 and have it declared on the insurance, is there? Nowt at all, and I apologise for being an arse. I've just read one too many 'derestrict my ped' posts in recent weeks. Rat thing works on anything, especially if it was free.
