Is Khalil Really Dead on Black Lightning?

Khalil is Jennifer's ex-boyfriend, who became paralyzed and agreed to become Tobias' henchman, Painkiller, in exchange for restoring his ability to walk. More recently, he died and was resurrected as a cybernetic assassin. Khalil gets the other big moment in the Season 4 finale.

Though they later return in exchange for Khalil receiving police protection, Tobias gets ahold of him and rips out his spinal implant, eventually killing him. By the season two finale however, Khalil is revealed to have been resurrected.

Is Khalil alive in Season 3?

Though shocked to discover that Khalil is alive as Painkiller, Lightning knocks him out, but the A.S.A. has already evacuated Odell. Upon reading Khalil's cybernetics, TC tells Jennifer that Khalil still loves her.
