Is Target Changing Their Logo

To follow suite, the Target Corporation has announced that they to will also change their famous bull’s eye logo to keep up with the times. “Since we have so many Starbucks in our Target Stores, we only thought it best that we follow suit and change our logo as well.” said Target executive Barry Finkelstein.

As the world grew increasingly digital, and brand marks grew more simplistic, the Target Corporation changed its logo again. In 2014, the wordmark for Target shifted underneath the bullseye symbol, becoming a lot smaller. The black font switched to red for a more consistent image.

Is the Target logo red or white?

Red and black have always been the two main colors of the Target logo, while white has been left for the background. The black letters in the wordmark provide excellent legibility, while the red depiction of the target is a perfect eye-catcher.
