The fantasic E168 , well I have spent nothing yet to fix it. My fiancee is a heathing and Plumbing Engineer and he never heard of this code other than it is a fault of Baxi boilers. You are not going to fix your boiler by replacing PCB Boards, Gas Valves or anything else. It is a fault and baxi should do something about this.
