Overall, I highly recommend Vivrelle. Like I mentioned, their customer serivce is outstanding, and the bags and jewelry are absolutely gorgeous. The only drawback I see is inventory, which is why I gave them a 4.5/5. Don't get me wrong, the quality is outstanding, and the bags are virtually brand new.
