He was also Non-Executive President of Bermuda Air Conditioning Limited (“BACL”) through March 2019 and currently serves as a Director of BACL. From June 2013 to June 2016, Mr. Gibbons served as a member of the Board of Directors of Nordic American Tankers Limited, a publicly held company.
