Jamie Little was born on April 9, 1978, in South Lake Tahoe, California, USA, to Debby Little, an interior decorator, and Laura Thomas, a cruise chef. Her parents divorced when she was just 5 years old. 

Being American by nationality, the sportscaster is also a practicing Christian. 

The pit reporter was an attendee of Green Valley High School who played lacrosse as a junior.

For Little, fame came served on a plate. Due to her accomplishment as a proficient wrestler and a basketball player, she was one of the most popular girls in high school.
