Lindsay Whalen is an American professional basketball player for the Minnesota Lynx of the Women's National Basketball Association (WNBA), and for AGÜ Spor of Eurobasket. She is currently married to an insurance advisor and former Gopher golfer, Ben Greve. Whalen graduated from Hutchinson Minnesota and began her career in 2004 from Connecticut Sun. Whalen was selected to play in the historic WNBA vs. USA Basketball game at Radio City Music Hall.
Whalen won World and Olympic titles of the United States women's national basketball team, and three WNBA titles with the Lynx. She was a two-time Wade Trophy Finalist (2003, 2004) and a two-time Naismith Award Finalist (2003, 2004). Lindsay Whalen and Greve married on 6th October 2007.
