Judy A. Carpenter CPA serves as Independent Director of the Company. Ms. Carpenter is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Riverside Medical Clinic, the largest physician-owned multi-specialty medical group in the Inland Empire. Riverside Medical Clinic is comprised of approximately 180 physicians and 750 employees, with seven clinics and an outpatient surgery center. Ms. Carpenter is a graduate of California State Polytechnic University - Pomona in Business Administration with a major in Accounting, and is a Certified Public Accountant. Ms. Carpenter has over 30 years of healthcare industry experience, beginning her career in public accounting and joining Riverside Medical Clinic in 1988. Active in the community, she is a member of the Monday Morning Group and the Raincross Group. In addition, she is Past Chairman for the Greater Riverside Chambers of Commerce. She currently serves on the boards for the Janet Goeske Senior Center and Foundation, Riverside University Health Foundation, and Riverside Community Health Foundation. Ms. Carpenter currently serves on our Audit Committee and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.
