Arrested in Las Vegas, Nevada on April 8, 2005 for identity theft, money laundering and promoting underage prostitution. According to court documents, Red used a stolen identity and the proceeds from prostitution to purchase two homes. Federal prosecutors also alleged Red brought an under-age girl from Phoenix to Las Vegas to turn her out as a prostitute.
