Kim Kardashian ‘May Secure Complete Custody’ of Her 4 Children with Kanye West Following the Rapper’s Absence at Divorce Deposition

Amid their ongoing divorce, legal experts suggest Kim Kardashian could potentially be granted complete custody of her four kids with ex-husband Kanye West.

The rapper, aged 45, failed to attend his deposition on November 16, which is a serious matter in the eyes of the court, according to Rachel Fiset, managing partner of Zweiback, Fiset & Zalduendo LLP who told The Sun.

Regarding the missed deposition, West, now legally known as Ye, has another chance to appear in court on November 29 before a two-day trial on December 14. Referring to the wealthy status of the former couple, Rigden emphasized that custody issues take precedence over financial matters, particularly in this case where both parties are self-sufficient.

She also pointed out the impact of Kanye’s public criticisms and impractical proposals, stating that these may be used to demonstrate his incapability to co-parent effectively and prioritize the children’s well-being.

Fiset added that West has been given another opportunity to attend the deposition, and consequences for further non-compliance could include financial penalties or the use of his absence as an admission against him during the trial.

Furthermore, severe non-compliance could lead to contempt charges, potentially affecting custody arrangements and financial settlements in the divorce.
