King Size Sleeper Sofa Mechanism

King size sofa bed mechanism (insert only, no sofa)

I work with a client who wants to make a custom king size sofa. I work for an interior design company and could not order this size from our inventory manufacturer. I searched everywhere on the internet for a king size sofa bed which is sold separately from the sofa. We're in the Ds / Fort Worth area so it would be nice to be around but any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I don't think they are available. I also checked and the manufacturer says the demand is very low. It is said to be the weight of a built-in device.

I have a custom soldering iron that stretches all the loops and rebuilds it.

If I remembered correctly, they would charge me 250.
