Lucien Leon Laviscount was born in Burnley, Lancashire, England on June 9, 1992. He is British by nationality and of the Afro-Trinidadian ethnicity.

Eugene Laviscount (father) and Sonia Laviscount (mother) have three children (mother). He was raised in Ribble Valley with his two brothers, Louis and Jules Laviscount.

Laviscount attended Ribblesdale High School in Clitheroe, and graduated with a General Certificate of Secondary Education (10 GCSEs).

Lucien Leon Laviscount began his amateur acting career in 2002, at the age of ten, with the television series Clocking Off. He appeared in two television series in 2006, Johnny & The Bomb and New Street Law.

He rose to prominence after playing the lead in Grange Hill from 2007 to 2008. His other notable works include Coronation Street (2009) and Waterloo Road (2010). (2010-11). In 2011, Lucien also appeared on the television reality show Celebrity Big Brother.

The actor appeared in the British comedy-drama film One Night in Istanbul in 2014. Lucien made his breakthrough performance in the American crime comedy-drama television series Snatch, based on Guy Ritchie’s film of the same name. From 2017 to 2018, he starred in the series as Billy Ayres alongside Luke Pasqualino, Rupert Grint, and Phoebe Dynevor.

Lucien will appear in the the television musical comedy-drama series Katy Keene, which will premiere on August 8, 2014. In the series, he shared the space with Lucy Hale, Julia Chan, and Ashleigh Murray.
