The Arms Family Museum - 648 Wick Avenue, Youngstown
Opening July 6, 2021
This 1905 historic house museum features a guided tour of the family home, exhibits about local history and decorative arts, and a fun hands-on-history room on the lower level where kids can play games, make crafts, and dress up like a pioneer.
The Butler Institute of American Art - 524 Wick Avenue, Youngstown
This one of a kind museum is celebrating its 100th anniversary in 2019 - and admission is always free. The museum has over 20,000 pieces in all media. Check out the new media and electronic art section, as well as the skywalk to the new Education Center. There are family days on the schedule that include a guided tour experience with a docent and art projects to take home.

This museum on the campus of Youngstown State University is the Valley's home for contemporary art. The exhibits are always changing and features shows from local, national, and international artists.

The Youngstown Historical Center of Industry and Labor - 151 W. Wood Street, Youngstown
Learn about the labor and industry of the Mahoning Valley. Take a tour through a worker's house, the steel mill locker room, and watch interesting videos. Hands-on activities accompany many of the exhibits.

Tyler Mahoning Valley History Center - 325 West Federal Street, Youngstown

Learn about the region's history through the stories of its people by exploring the exhibit "The People of the Mahoning Valley: Stories of Identity and Innovation" along with changing exhibits in the Community History Gallery.

The D.D. & Velma Davis Education & Visitor Center at Fellows Riverside Gardens - 123 McKinley Ave., Youngstown
Did you know that The Davis Center has two exhibit galleries? The John C. Melnick, M.D. Mill Creek Park Museum highlights the history of both Mill Creek Park and Fellows Riverside Gardens. The Andrew and Carol Weller Gallery is host to a wide assortment of exhibits throughout the year.

Loghurst - 3967 Boardman-Canfield Rd., Canfield
Built as a home for the Conrad Neff family, this structure is thought to be the oldest remaining log home in the Connecticut Western Reserve.
Youngstown Steel Heritage Museum - 2261 Hubbard Rd., Youngstown
The collecting focus of Youngstown Steel Heritage includes steel industry equipment and artifacts used or made in the Mahoning Valley in Ohio and Shenango Valley in Pennsylvania, as well as selected historic steel industry equipment that may not have been used in the local area but are similar to equipment that was used here.

Ford Nature Center - 840 Old Furnace Rd., Youngstown

The naturalist staff at the Ford Nature Center offers a variety of programming throughout the year including hikes, school programs, workshops, and special events.
Display areas at the Ford Nature Center include the Habitat Room which depicts plants and animals of four local habitats, the Discovery Room where children can use their senses to learn about the natural world, and a Live Animal Room with turtles, snakes, and other animals native to northeast Ohio.
National Packard Museum - 1899 Mahoning Ave N.W. Warren, Ohio
The National Packard Museum is open Tuesday – Saturday 12:00pm to 5:00pm, and Sunday 1:00pm to 5:00pm. Admission is $8.00 for adults, $5.00 for seniors (65 and older), $5.00 for children (aged 7-12), and children under 7 are free. Cameras and flash photography are welcome. TP Tools Auto Museum - 7075 State Route 446, Canfield OH
Many of the TP Tools catalog-cover cars are housed in the TP Tools Auto Museum along with antiques and collectibles. You never know what will show up!
Our car museum now has a 50's Replica Diner, 50s Soda Bar, Vintage Chocolate Malt Bar, 50's Buick Service Area, Country Stores, Vintage Gas Station, including motor oil bulk container, two different style gas pumps, and other decor. When you visit our car museum you are stepping back into a time when gas stations were "service stations", not quick carry-out stores which do not have anyone to check your tires, clean your windshield, or fill your tank with fuel. Recently added 50's Diner is 28' long and is the feature attraction of our car museum building #2. Our total collection is close to 50 antique and classic vehicles, all on display every Saturday.
