McKinley Belcher III is an American actor best known for his roles as Samuel Diggs in the PBS television series Mercy Street, Anthony Carter in the Fox genre drama The Passage, and Agent Trevor Evans in the Netflix criminal thriller Ozark. He was born in New York City and raised in Los Angeles.
