Mrs. Sadie Adler, Widow, Red Dead Redemption 2 Mission

1.1. Follow Sadie / Deal with the O'Driscolls

If you came here automatically with Sadie and forgot to take the rifle, then next to the place you slept there should be the Litchfield Repeater that you can use.

Go with Sadie towards the ranch. Sadie will throw a bottle of flammable substance and set fire to one of the buildings at the ranch and then the shooting will begin.

Start eliminating the O'Driscolls at the ranch.

At some point, the door on the upper floor of the barn will open and a sniper will pop up. If you want to earn the gold medal then you have to take him off with an accurate headshot.

When you kill all the O'Driscolls outside, Sadie will tell you to check the barn and she will go to check the house.

1.2. Clear the barn

There are four O'Driscolls hiding in the barn. Two downstairs and two upstairs. If you want to earn the gold medal then you cannot take any damage untill you kill them all. So you shouldn't run inside the barn only carefully look inside through windows, etc., to locate O'Driscolls and eliminate them before they shoot you. Because of the darkness in the barn, Dead Eye is very helpful in locating opponents.

If necessary, you can also climb up to the roof of the barn and look inside through the windows at the top.

Be careful because opponents can run outside the barn or to its roof.

If you want to earn a gold medal, you can't spend too much time on it, so that you don't exceed the time limit for the whole mission. After killing all four of them, enter the barn for a second to switch to the next mission objective.

1.3. Go to Sadie

When you've cleaned the barn, go to the house and go upstairs.

Sadie has finally found the man who killed her husband and you'll see her taking her revenge.

When she's done, you'll chat together for a while. Then you will leave the house, Sadie will ride away to be alone for a bit and the mission will end.
