“Netizens Criticize Mabel Makun for Reversing Stance After Ay’s Apology to Davido, Dub Her “Big Prick Collector”

Interior decorator and wife of comedian Ayo Makun, commonly known as AY, Mabel Makun, is facing backlash for changing her opinion following her husband’s apology to singer Davido.

As previously reported by NewsNow, Ayo Makun apologized to Davido for a disrespectful video in which he ridiculed the singer.

Ay acknowledged that Davido had every right to be upset, especially considering how the media twisted the situation.

He emphasized that the entertainment industry is a continuous learning experience and he welcomes any criticism or negative responses for his poorly delivered joke.

He assured Davido that he remains the singer’s number one fan and urged him not to hold any grudges.

Surprisingly, Davido, who was unfazed by the video, responded by saying, “Nothing spoil baba mi.”

Following her husband’s apology, Mabel Makun, who had previously defended him against critics, changed her stance.

She shared a video of herself enjoying life to the fullest and declared that she always promotes love and positivity.

However, her apology post did not sit well with many, who criticized her for interfering in the situation. Some even resorted to body-shaming her husband, labeling her a “big prick collector.”

Recall that a video from Ayo Makun’s recent show in Warri went viral, with him mocking Davido’s manhood, claiming it was smaller than his own.

The comedian and actor went on to mock Davido for fathering children with different mothers using his smaller member, something Ayo had been trying to achieve with his larger one for 13 years.

Nigerians expressed outrage on social media, condemning Ayo for publicly embarrassing his fellow entertainer.

Mabel Makun also took to Instagram to express her support for her husband and criticize how young people in Nigeria disrespect their elders.
