Nine People Indicted for Trafficking Heroin, Marijuana

Twenty-two people were indicted on charges ranging from aggravated burglary to drug trafficking by a Wood
County grand jury this month.
Indicted were:
•    Alicia Banks, 29, Toledo: trafficking in heroin, possession of cocaine, possession of heroin.
•    Charles Cherry II, 25, Bowling Green: trafficking in marijuana (three counts).
•    Princess Alexander, 29, Toledo: trafficking in heroin, possession of heroin.
•    Antione Colbert Kr., 20, Toledo: two counts of burglary.
•    Michael Davis, 36, Bowling Green: aggravated burglary.
•    Natalie Esmond, 26, Toledo: trafficking in heroin, possession of heroin.
•    Adam Fizer, 32, Oregon: receiving stolen property.
•    Jessep Fouts, 26, Bowling Green: trafficking in heroin.
•    Garnett Johnson, 32, Toledo: trafficking in heroin, possession of heroin.
•    Jordan Gregoire, 24, Rossford: possession of heroin.
•    Kenerick Hardy, 49, Lima: forgery.
•    Justin Jennings, 20, Defiance: possession of heroin.
•    Arthur Johnson, 38, Burlington, Massachusetts: trafficking in marijuana, possession of marijuana.

•    Kristin Kielbasa, 29, BG: aggravated possession of drugs.
•    Jason Michael, 31, Toledo: theft.
•    Adrian Mitchell, 21, Jerry City: receiving stolen property.
•    Tanner Osborne, 21, Defiance: possession of heroin.
•    Ricky Peterson Jr., 19, Toledo: aggravated trafficking.
•    Deborah Santos, 48, Bowling Green: theft, theft of drugs.
•    Michael Vallejo, 36, Northwood: passing bad checks.
•    Gage Warnke, 18, Portage: receiving stolen property.
•    Leonie Young, 32, Lexington, Kentucky: trafficking in heroin, possession of heroin.
Bills of information were handed up for:
•    Mark Fredritz, 52, Oregon: breaking and entering, failure to comply with the order or signal of a
police officer.
•    Brian Loe, 30, North Baltimore: forgery, two counts of theft.
•    Justin Wansitler, 26, North Baltimore: receiving stolen property.
•    Shawn Hudson, 27, Toledo: failure to appear.
