Norwex Mop Systems

It is a very high-end mop, and it will last for many years, plus it has a great warranty. The cost is much less than all those disposable refill pads and floor solution, but I feel that the Norwex Mop is not that much better than my other microfiber mop to justify an extra $100+.

How does Norwex mop system work?

Norwex Mop Systems clean floors using microfiber Mop Pads and water only. Dry Superior Mop Pads are constructed of Norwex Microfiber and use static electricity to draw, lift and trap even the tiniest particles of dirt and debris. Nylon and microfiber give the Tile Mop Pad extra scrubbing power.

Can I use vinegar with my Norwex mop?

Quick Answer: Absolutely! You can use vinegar with your e-cloth® (and Norwex) cloths. By now, you probably already know that e-cloth (and Norwex) microfiber works to clean almost everything with only water.

Can you use Norwex mop pad on Swiffer?

The Norwex Enviro cloth will fit on, exactly like the e-cloth General Purpose. Lots of overlap over the swiffer, but it will fit and do a great job of cleaning the floor. Can be used dry for dusting or damp for mopping.

Why does my Norwex mop leave streaks?

There is cleanser or polish on the floor – If you’ve used any sort of cleanser or polish on your floors in the past, it may take a few uses of the e-cloth (or Norwex) mop to remove it. Each time you use the e-cloth mop, it will remove a bit of that cleanser/polish and the floor will look streaky.

Can you use Dawn dish soap with Norwex?

Use a Non-Sudsing Dish Liquid– You can use Dawn, Norwex’s Dishwashing Liquid, or any other non-sudsing dish liquid to clean your microfiber. I recommend doing this once every other day or so. All you have to do is put a drop of liquid on a wet cloth, rub the cloth together, then rinse with warm water.

Does Norwex mop disinfect?

Norwex microfiber cloths are a cleaning product. They remove dirt and bacteria, rather than killing it. They are labeled as antibacterial but don’t let that confuse you. They aren’t killing it outright, but they can remove it and restrict bacterial regrowth.

What is the difference between Norwex mission mop and superior mop?

The regular Dry Mop Pad is made from 100% polyester and is great for floors, ceilings, walls and high windows. The Superior Mop Pad is made from 100% microfiber and will pick up the smallest particles of dust and dirt and up to 99.9% of germs and bacteria off of the floor.

Can I use Norwex mop on vinyl plank flooring?

How long does Norwex mop last?

Based on customer experiences, this mop lasts much longer than just two years though. The average user has their original mop system a minimum of five years. After that time, they may need to replace the pads, as they become worn down, but their mop is still going strong.

Can Norwex mop pads go in the dryer?

Norwex Microfibre can be placed in a moderate dryer, up to 60°C. Between launderings, use our Rubber Brush to remove dirt and debris from the Mop Pads and Entry Mat. When washing new microfibre cloths, wash lights and darks separately. Do not use Norwex Microfibre on hot surfaces or cookware.

What happens if you wash Norwex with regular detergent?

This is, unfortunately, unavoidable. Norwex microfiber is great at picking up, and holding onto dirt and grease, and over time they will stain, and start to look well used. If you launder the cloths in HOT water and laundry detergent the fibers open up, and more dirt and grease can be released.

What cleaner do you use with Norwex mop?

When necessary, launder with other lint-free items using a Norwex laundry detergent. Do not use bleach, fabric softener or dryer sheets when laundering your mop pads. Doing so will destroy the products’ ability to clean effectively.
