I have a manual pallet truck. I just bought it after using it at my friend's house. I load it into my truck. I came and wanted to lower the fork, but it did not fall after pressing the release lever. I noticed that the Hyrullic went down a bit, but the fork wheel locked and lifted. What can be done
Take a 2x4 piece and place it so that the front and rear wheels are in the air.
See if you can unlock the locking mechanism.
