Pia Christina Miller Getty (born 1966), is an American independent filmmaker. She is the oldest daughter of businessman Robert Warren Miller and sister of Marie-Chantal of Greece and Alexandra von Fürstenberg, a trio famously dubbed "The Miller Sisters".
Pia spent her childhood in Hong Kong and attended Le Rosey School in Switzerland. She later studied art history at Georgetown University.
