POLICE DIVISION
Chasity Ballard, Fargo, N.D., was arrested for disorderly conduct.
At City Lot 1, Dylan Marino, Bryan, and John Fields, Hicksville, were each cited for open container and
underage possession of alcohol.
In the 800 block of South Main Street, Justin Stennett, BG, was arrested for criminal mischief after he
reportedly flung blood on the inside of one vehicle and broke out the window of another.
Patricia Cardenas, BG, was cited for disorderly conduct and Alicia Lopez, Toledo, was cited for assault
following an incident in the 100 block of East Wooster Street.
Following a reported fight in the 100 block of North Main Street, Vincent Velotta, Mentor, and Dylan
Baker, BG, were cited for underage under the influence and disorderly conduct.
In the 1700 block of East Wooster Street, Cody Kinney and Alison Lute, both of Norwalk, were arrested for
disorderly conduct following a noise complaint.
On Feb. 20, in the 200 block of East Napoleon Road, Ethan Bishop, Plymouth, was arrested for criminal
trespass after he was found hiding in a closet in a residence.
A warrant for domestic violence was issued following a Feb. 20 incident.
Feb. 22 citations:
Expired registration – Katherina Friedberg, BG; Shirley Hoot, Toledo.
Red light violation – Benjamin Schaller, BG.
In City Lot 1, Kassandra Kleman, BG, was arrested for open container and underage possession of alcohol.
Amal Haji, Toledo, was also arrested for open container.
In the 100 block of East Wooster Street, an injured man was located behind an establishment. He refused
to name any offenders in the incident and refused medical attention at the scene.
In the 2100 block of East Wooster Street, following a traffic stop, Armando Herrera, Toledo, was arrested
on active warrants out of Perrysburg Township and Sylvania Township.
The driver of the vehicle initially identified himself as "Dennis Lemons" and then walked away.
He was later identified as Thomas Getz Jr., BG, and was located hiding behind a food compactor. He was
arrested for driving under suspension and falsification.
Feb. 23 citations:
Disorderly conduct – Danielle Smith, Whitehouse.
Red light violation – Alexia Turissini, Maumee.
Traffic control device – James Young, BG.
At a business in the 100 block of North Main Street, Christie Smith, Whitehouse, was arrested for
underage under the influence and criminal damaging after she reportedly broke a glass frame.
Feb. 23 citations:
Driving under suspension – Shawn McClellan, BG.
Driving under suspension (two counts), speed – Darius Washington, BG.
No front plate – Dwayne Woods Jr., BG.
At a business in the 13900 block of County Home Road, a theft incident was reported.
In the 100 block of West Gypsy Lane Road, Jessica Dornoff and Candy Harris, both of Weston, were each
cited for theft after they were observed drinking beverages in the store without paying for them.

• at North Mercer Road and East Wooster Street. Joseph Lewis Jr., Defiance, was cited for assured clear
distance ahead after striking a vehicle driven by Brad Hamons, Fremont.
• At Lehman Street and Manville Avenue. Evangelos Lefkonikiatis, BG, was cited for right of way from a
stop sign after a crash with a vehicle driven by Nicholas Ross, BG.

• at Merry and Thurstin avenues. Jeremy Koster, Sylvania, was cited for improper backing after striking a
vehicle driven by Robert Snyder, BG.
• at Parkview and Main. Elissa Hatton, BG, was cited for a red light violation following a collision with
a vehicle driven by Brooke Fair, BG.
• at Clough and Main streets. Jordan Garza, BG, was cited for assured clear distance ahead after striking
a vehicle driven by Chanell Crump, Detroit.
• at East Poe Road and Thurstin Avenue. Jessica Opperman, BG, was cited for assured clear distance ahead
