Arch is as secure as you set it up to be.
Is Arch Linux secure by default?
All that you get from the “box” that is Arch Linux is just a terminal with the bare minimum command line tools. You don’t get ssh, web-servers, samba shares or anything that would pose a network vulnerability. As for users it just comes with a root user and there’s just nothing else by default.
