Runtimeerror in Twint: This Event Loop Is Already Running

I use a jupyter notebook and run twint.

c = twint.Config()
c.Username = 'twitter'
c.Limit = 20
twint.run.Followers(c)

The above commands produce a runtime error relating to (I believe) the code attempting to create 2 asynchronous event loops. Traceback as follows:
