Can you use any wax melts in a Scentsy warmer?

You can but we strongly advise against using other types of wax in your Scentsy Warmer. Our special paraffin wax is lightweight and created to melt at a low temperature. You may find that other waxes won’t even begin to melt in your Scentsy warmer due to our waxes low melting point.

How many times can you reuse wax melts? According to Happy Wax, two or three wax melts provide about 8 hours of fragrance. Different brands have different burn times, but most fall within the 6-8 hours range. Many people find they can reuse the same wax melts several times before the scent slowly disappears.

How many cubes should I put in my Scentsy?

If you are BRAND NEW to Scentsy I recommend starting with 1, maybe 2 cubes of wax in your warmer. Only because you don’t know what the fragrance strength is going to do for you. If you find that the fragrance is too much, you can pour it right back into the clamshell, let it harden up, and reuse it!

It depends on the scents – every couple days I change them out. I switch my cubes of wax out about 2-3 days, however, I work so I only have my warmers on about 6 hours a day through the weekdays. One pack of scent will last me about two weeks in one burner.
