Scott Dimke a Rockford, Il, Resident Passes Away

Rockford, IL community is mourning the loss of one of its own. Scott William Dimke, 50, of Rockton, IL, passed away on December 8, 2023. Known for his infectious laughter, warm heart, and generous spirit, Scott’s passing leaves a void in the hearts of all who knew him.

Born on November 9, 1973, Scott was known for his unwavering dedication to his family. He was a loving husband to Cindy, a proud father to Jordan and Nolan, and a caring stepfather to Hailey and Carson. Scott also held a special place in his heart for his sister Loree (Greg), brother David (Jamie), and his mother, Leslee. He was preceded in death by his father, William.

Scott’s ability to light up any room was uncanny. His humor, intelligence, and readiness to help others made him a cherished friend and almost a brother to many. Scott had the kind of personality that drew people to him, and he was always there for those in need.

To honor Scott’s life and legacy, a Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, December 17, 2023, from 12-4 pm at the Lynx Golf Course at Westlake Village. The event will be an opportunity for friends and family to gather, share stories, laughter, and treasured memories of Scott.

Scott’s passing is a profound loss for the Rockford community. His memory will live on in the hearts of his loved ones and everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. Our thoughts are with Scott’s family during this difficult time.
