Yes sir. Take a strawberry smoothie. If you don't want cream / yogurt, put 7 ounces of strawberries (we have our own island oasis mix) in a blender and blend (this is the equivalent of a medium sheet). For strawberry bananas, you only need to add 5 ounces of strawberries and 2 ounces of bananas and follow the same procedure.
