The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers document that Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) never anticipated that a man would find something to love about her at this stage of her life.

But Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan), who she sensed was a kindred soul, did fall in love with Sheila and that is why he asked her to marry him.

This momentous turn of events gives Sheila a chance to live the semblance of a normal life for the first time in decades. Devoted fans know it has been decades since she was last married, with Dr. James Warwick (Ian Buchanan), holding that honor.

Sheila had a prior husband on B&B, Eric Forrester (John McCook), who she did care about. Crossover fans from The Young and the Restless know that her first husband, Scott Grainger (Peter Barton), was more of an obsession. But Deacon is different when compared to the other three men.

Much of Sheila’s current arc has been devoted to the relationship she wants to establish with the child she had with Jack Finnegan (Ted King). Her youngest known child, Finn, was the result of an affair Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) did not know about.

In the B&B world, Sheila has a daughter, Mary Warwick (Courtnee Draper) with James, another, Diana Carter (played as a baby by Starla and Skyla Thoma), with Massimo Marone (James Mascolo), and a son and daughter in Y&R’s world.

But Genoa City, Wisconsin is treated as a separate entity while she is in Los Angeles, California, except when characters from sister soap, like Lauren Fenmore Baldwin (Tracey Bregman), crossover, as she did in the recent past when Eric relayed news of Sheila’s apparent death.

Due to age factors, Deacon and Sheila are unlikely to have children. So, their pairing will center on themselves.

Sheila was coerced to admit she murdered a man. Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) believed that confession would result in her arrest, imprisonment, and a certain jail sentence.

Bill hit two out of three. If he were a baseball player that would be a good day, if it also included a walk. But the only walk that happened was when Sheila walked free out of the courthouse.

Deacon was since revealed as influencing Judge Evan Scott’s (Michael Corbett) decision. Their friendship swayed the outcome of Sheila’s legal proceeding, with viewers suspending disbelief if they wanted to allow the plot to move forward.
