The WLAN client you are connecting to is not available? 3

Does anyone know what that means? I tried calling my friend and he has AT&T, if it is necessary and it rings for a while then one lady says the wireless client you are calling is not available, later I try and have a busy tone that doesn't happen. . Thank you for any help.

This has happened to me many times and it always happens that pne service shuts down (due to non-payment).

Basically, you call on a cell phone and the phone hangs up and you don't have an active voicemail account. Or the PIN is out of service area so the connection cannot be established.

Lock may be out of network coverage. Try entering other numbers to see if they work. Or it could be a problem with the cellular network. Check other numbers and try another phone to identify the problem.

Your friend may be out of the ATT coverage area or the patch may be loose.

When you say the lock is inactive, does that mean it no longer works because the new lock number was changed or because the first payment was made, do you enable it?

Your voicemail is not working. You need to call AT&T.
