Tiffany Sarac Haddish was born on December 3rd, 1979, to parents Tsihaye Reda and Leola Haddish. When she was just three years old, her father abandoned the family. When Tiffany was three years old, her parents divorced, and her mother remarried and had more children. She has two brothers and two sisters. She was raised in South Central, a district of Los Angeles.

Tiffany attended George Ellery Hale Middle School in Woodland Hills before enrolling at El Camino Real High School, where she received her diploma. Despite being admitted to New York University, she turned it down since she couldn’t afford the tuition and didn’t want to accrue debt. Instead, she continued her education and enrolled at Santa Monica College.
