I recovered a page of notes from Quinn Carter's interview with Sam Blackwell. I should give them a read, see what I can learn about the missing Senator.
3. Find Sam Blackwell's bunker
Seems Quinn Carter's took pretty thorough notes on her route to Sam Blackwell's bunker. I wonder if I could use these to track down the Senator - if he's still alive.
Go to the Abandoned Waste Dump in The Mire and enter the cave.
Move forward. Inside next chamber you will meet two deathclaws. Find the elevator and use the Secure Access Panel.
4. (Quest completed)
I've found Sam Blackwell's bunker. Now I just need to figure out how to get inside.
After completing Uncle Sam you will get or will be able to get Bunker Buster.
